Use your normal photo organization. Favorites and albums work as expected. Name albums something ordinary, like "Beach Trip 2024" or "Family Photos."

iOS 15 and later shows "Saved from Inner" when saving to Photos. Use our free Siri Shortcut to save images without any app attribution. Once installed, it appears in your share sheet whenever you share a photo.
